A detailed scope of work, deliverables, and fees will be agreed in writing with each client before work commences.

  1. Professional Advice Disclaimer

All information, recommendations, and reports provided by Wild Animal Health are prepared with professional diligence and based on the data and conditions available at the time.  However, wildlife health and ecological outcomes are inherently uncertain. Accordingly, we cannot guarantee specific results, and we accept no liability for decisions or actions taken by clients or third parties based on our advice, except where required by law.

  1. Fees and Payment

Fees for services are as agreed in advance with the client. Unless otherwise stated:

  • Invoices are due within 30 days of issue.
  • We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue payments under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
  • Additional work requested outside the agreed scope may incur further charges.
  1. Confidentiality

Both parties shall treat all non-public information exchanged in the course of work as confidential, unless disclosure is required by law or agreed in writing.

  1. Intellectual Property

All written reports, data analyses, images, and materials created by Wild Animal Health remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.  Clients are granted a non-exclusive licence to use such materials solely for the purpose for which they were produced.  Reproduction or distribution for other purposes requires prior written consent.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Our total liability for any claim arising out of our services shall not exceed the total amount paid for those services.
  • We shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses, including loss of profit, data, or opportunity.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

  1. Website Use

All content on this website, including text, graphics, and images, is the property of Wild Animal Health and is protected by copyright law.  You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of this website without written permission.  We take care to ensure information on our website is accurate and up to date, but we make no guarantees as to its completeness or suitability for any purpose.

These Terms and any disputes arising under them shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales, and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
